Seward- honestly, it’s probably my favorite places in Alaska. Not only is it the most picturesque quintessential little town on the Kenai Peninsula (sorry Homer) it is the perfect place to Elope in Alaska. Seward is a magical Alaskan paradise, a place where spruce and birch covered mountains meet a captivating blue-turquoise ocean. If you are considering this area for your Alaska elopement I can tell you: it will not disappoint.

A + Z: A Love Story

Dreaming of an elopement in Alaska- These two flew out from Texas (after many canceled flights) so they could say their vows on a remote beach with the only guests being myself and their parents. We cashed in all of our good karma for perfect April weather, calm seas, porpoises dancing at the bow of the boat AND the most golden, golden hour I’ve seen on the water in a long, long time. 

Congratulations to these high school sweethearts- I am so happy I got to be there on this perfect spring day in Alaska. 

Also, if you are thinking of eloping just know this…. you totally should!
