Chasing the light with Kylie
Graduating from high school is a huge milestone and senior portraits are a MUST. For Kylie we ended up with the most perfect sunny, fall day. We split the shoot between a few locations that are all close right in Palmer. I love to get a good variety of outfits and locations for my senior portrait sessions- it’s nice to have options!
If you are considering fall for your senior photos, Pamer has endless beautiful backdrops. For this shoot we chose a fall fireweed field off Gulkana street and Matanuska River Park. The river park is a must for photos- its located right along the Matanuska River and features walking trails, riverbanks, and open spaces surrounded by trees. If its a dry year you can even get beachy vibes in the sand.
Being a Senior Portrait Photographer is one of my favorite this because its a shoot of new beginnings. Embarking on a new and exciting journey and closing the chapter of highschool. things are getting real. I love the energy and good vibes my seniors always bring to their shoot- we have a good time.
